Helping those in need is a core Project 30 principle, so we take advantage of every opportunity to support good causes. This is especially true during the holiday season, and this past December brought the chance to give back to underprivileged children in our area. We took part in a toy drive that helped make the season brighter for kids who might otherwise go without gifts of any kind.
Myke, our firm’s CEO, is a strong advocate for giving back to the community that has enabled our continuing success. Regarding the toy drive, he explained, “It was great to see the entire office get involved for a greater cause. Getting involved in community giveback really boosts office morale because our people are reminded how they can make a positive impact with just a few simple gestures.”
Giving back creates stronger morale throughout our team for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the most obvious is the fact that we fuse our talents in fresh ways to make lasting impact. We learn more about each other’s unique skill sets in the process, which fuels more effective teamwork back at the Project 30 office.
The rewarding feeling that comes with supporting a great cause is another positive outcome we relish. We look forward to finding new ways to give back throughout 2018, so keep up with our efforts by following Project 30 on https://twitter.com/30_project.
